State Representative Anthony DeVitis is currently serving his third term in the Ohio House of Representatives, having been appointed to the House in 2011. He represents the 36th House District, which includes portions of southern Summit County.

A former member of Green City Council, Representative DeVitis is also a volunteer at Greensburg Temple Baptist Church. He is a co-owner of three businesses: DeVitis & Sons, Inc., an Italian specialty retail store; Devico, LLC., a real estate partnership; and DeVitis Fine Italian Foods, LLC., a food distribution company.

DeVitis has lived in Green for the past 21 years and attended the University of Akron. He is married to his wife of 28 years, Kathleen. They have two children, Evelyn and Clark.
